Rules for full transparency
Dear transparency advocates,
Join us in revealing the sealed and hidden knowledge that concerns us all!
To ensure that all transparency advocates can bring as much information to light as possible without interference, we have established a few rules for the joint pursuit of full transparency:
-
The rules apply to all participants as well as to the information supervisory authority itself.
-
The right to participate is granted by purchasing a transparency ticket. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to the rules. Companions of people with a severe disability card marked with a B do not need a ticket.
-
Photography and filming at the event is generally permitted, provided that all persons recognizable in the resulting images give their consent. The following is not subject to the requirement of full transparency. Image material created without the consent of the persons depicted must be deleted immediately. Recording of lectures is prohibited. Recordings will be published by the VOC during or after the event.
-
Mutual consideration and respect for all participants, talks, and the facility are prerequisites for an informative stay at the Transparency Center. We do not tolerate harassment or denigration of and by transparency creators.
-
Participants who experience harassment can contact the organisers at any time. The responsible members of the transparency supervisory body will be available on site in person, by telephone and by email. Communication will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
-
If an affected person wishes to have the situation clarified by the transparency oversight team, the situation in question will be documented to the best of our ability from the perspective of all parties involved. Once the course of events has been clarified as far as possible, further consequences will be discussed, if necessary. The organization reserves the right to initiate discussions, ask participants to distance themselves from each other, or, if necessary, expel those responsible from the event. Incidents will be documented anonymously.
